Share Results Without Turning People Into Labels

Sharing can start discussion when context, time, and non-clinical limits remain.

Keep the context

“I got X during a stressful week” carries more information than “I am X.”

Describe situations, not people

Translate a type into observable behavior, such as “I overload on sudden tasks,” so discussion becomes easier.

Keep the non-clinical line

Self-tests do not diagnose, select employees, or judge others. They are observation language, not verdicts.
